1 Wait momentarily then read the narrative on the right hand side (once) to get the gist of the Improvement Request process.

2 Pass the mouse over 'Request Type' to the left. Scan the automatically populated content.

3 Notice 'Platform Impact' is set to 3. Hover over this field to see 'Platform Ref' change to B and 'Transformation Strategy (TS)' to 'Incremental', and on mouseout to X and 'AI' respectively.

4 Use the drop-down feature on the 'Transformation Strategy' field opposite to reveal the range of strategies adjust normally selected by those most qualified. However, others may intervene, say, selecting Build & Fix to expedite simple changes that are needed in a hurry.

5. Use the other drop down features to take a look at the other options available when making an Improvement Request.

6 Select 'Request Type' = Technical and review the field content.

7 Initialise Improvement Request  adjust and re-populate the screen.

8 Click 'REQUEST AUTHORISATION' and acknowledge the alert message.
